1. Publishing a listing on the Tenancy marketplace immediately withdraws one credit. Once credits are withdrawn to publish a listing, they cannot be refunded and the listing will be published for a maximum of 30 days before being unpublished automatically. Free plans are not eligible for rolling over credits to the next month and free credits expire at the end of the subscription plan month period in which they were provided. Tenancy or it's partners reserve the right to refuse or limit any listings for any reason. Additional terms from Tenancy's partners may apply. See our terms and conditions for more information.
2. Only credits provided to paid plan members are eligible to be kept after cancelling or changing plans. In the case that credits are carried to a new plan, roll over terms and credits expiry still apply and are not renewed or refreshed in any way by changing your subscription plan.
3. Paid plans retain unused credits month-to-month until they expire 3 months from the date they were added to the account.
4. One subscription per person. Plan holder must be at least 18 to list a rental. Identification verification may be required to validate your account. Plan automatically renews until cancelled. Restrictions and other terms apply.
