How do I talk to the tenants if my listing is synced through Zapier??
Make sure you set up your zap to sync your lead inquiries back to Tenancy.
All messages sent through your Tenancy listings go directly to your email and your Tenancy inbox to make sure you won't miss a thing. Make sure you check your spam just in case.
You can reply to messages from the Tenancy app or website or reply to the email to message back.
